RETURN POLICY
1. IMPORTANT: Returns Are Accepted on a Self-Ship Basis Only
- We DO NOT provide return pickup services. Customers are required to arrange and self-ship the products to our warehouse.
- Please proceed with your order only if you are comfortable with our Self-Ship Return Policy.
2. Return Window
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.
3. Return Processing Charges
- A Return Processing Charge of ₹100 per product, covering the original forward shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount. For reverse shipping charges, customers must arrange and bear the cost of self-shipping the products to our warehouse.

- Once the request is submitted, our team will approve the request in 24-48 hours.
- Once your request is approved, detailed Self-Shipping Instructions will be sent to the email address.
- Please regularly check your registered email ID, including your Spam/Junk folder, for all return-related communication.
5. Self-Shipping Instructions – IMPORTANT
- Please ship the products ONLY to the address provided in our Self-Shipping Instructions email.
- The products must be self-shipped within 5 days of receiving the Self-Shipping Instructions email.
- Products MUST be returned in the original Brand polybag received with the product.
- DO NOT ship the products to any address found on our website, Google or any other online platform. The Company will not be responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address or shipped without following the provided instructions.
Once the package is shipped, you must email us the following details:
- Tracking ID / AWB Number
- Courier Company Name
- Number of Products Shipped
Sharing these details is mandatory to identify and track your package. Failure to share them may delay or affect your refund eligibility.
IMPORTANT: The returned product(s) must be delivered to our warehouse within 10 days from the date of the Self-Shipping Instructions email. Packages received after this timeline will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at a shipping charge of ₹100.
6. Responsibility for Self-Shipped Packages - IMPORTANT
- The Company shall NOT BE responsible for any lost, damaged or missing products/items during transit for self-shipped packages.
- Customers are strongly advised to use a reliable courier company with an active shipment tracking facility.
- If any product is received damaged or any item/component is found missing, the Company will share available image/video proof and the refund request will be rejected.
7. Product Condition & Hygiene – EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
As the Brand deals in the intimate wear category, strict hygiene standards apply. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted if:
- The product is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- All parts of the product are returned, including the top, bottom and cover-up/accessories, wherever applicable.
- The product has no signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, marks or damage.
- The HYGIENE LABEL IS COMPLETELY INTACT - If the hygiene label is removed, detached or tampered with, the return or exchange will be rejected.
- If a product is rejected during quality inspection, the Company will share available image/video proof of the inspection.
IMPORTANT: Please try the swimwear for fitting purposes without removing the hygiene label. For hygiene reasons, all bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits must be tried on over underwear.
8. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received at the Company's warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the package, subject to successful quality inspection.
- For prepaid orders, once the refund is initiated, it may take an additional 4–5 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds will be issued to the payment details submitted while placing the return request on the Returns Portal.
9. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount:
- Express Delivery Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
The ₹100 Return Processing Charge per product is separate from the above charges and will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The same Self-Shipping, Product Condition and Hygiene Policy applicable to Returns also applies to Exchanges.
10. Exchange Eligibility
Only size exchanges are allowed.
11. Exchange Processing Charges
An Exchange Processing Charge of ₹100 per product is applicable.
12. One-Time Exchange Policy
- Each product is eligible for only one size exchange.
- Once a product has been exchanged, the exchanged product cannot be returned or exchanged again.
13. Self-Shipping for Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved:
- Self-Shipping Instructions will be sent to your registered email ID.
- The product must be self-shipped within 5 days of receiving the instructions.
- You must share the Tracking ID/AWB Number and Courier Company Name via email.
The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection.
14. Exchange Timeline
- The overall exchange process generally takes 10–12 days from the date of submitting the exchange request.
- Once the self-shipped product is received and passes the quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched. Delivery of the replacement product generally takes 7-8 days after dispatch.
Need the Product Urgently?
- If you require the new size within 5–6 days, we recommend placing a fresh order on our website using Express Delivery and submitting a return request for the existing product.
- This is the fastest option to receive your preferred size.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must notify the Company within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- An unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the package and the damaged, defective or incorrect product is mandatory.
- Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
- Requests submitted after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
- In case of a defective or incorrect product, the Company will arrange a pickup and either send a replacement product or issue a refund, based on the customer's preference.
