We Offer 7 Days 'No Question Asked' Returns & Refund Policy on all the products.
RETURN POLICY
Be it any reason, we will not ask, just tell us and we will arrange pickup the and refund your entire amount.
We utmost believe in customer satisfaction and convenience and if you are not delighted with our product, we are at fault.
As most of our products are made specifically for Indian women size guide and the product material is slightly stretchable, we have experienced that sizing issues are almost minimal through customer feedback.
We understand that purchasing online, there is always a concern and doubt about the product quality and trust on the company, hence, as a customer centric company, we are obligated to provide you complete satisfaction if you are not satisfied with the product.
1 Step Solution for Product Returns -
Send us a mail on support@thecurvves.com within 7 days of the receipt of the product. That's it. We will do the rest.
(NOTE - 7 days are counted from the day the product is delivered, return request generated on the 8th day will NOT BE ENTERTAINED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES)
Our Part -
Once we get the request on mail, we will process the return request and our courier partner will pick the product from your address (same as delivered address).
We request you to keep the product ready packed in the same delivered bag used for delivery.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, the product is checked physically just to ensure it is the same product which was delivered against particular order ID.
Once checked, the amount is refunded to your bank account/wallet.
(NOTE - Please note that it might take 10-12 days maximum to receive the return product at our warehouse. Your patience is appreciated in those cases)
Please Note –
1) Return request submitted after 7 days will not be entertained in any circumstances.
2) Return request should be submitted on Email ID - support@thecurvves.com for return consideration.
3) All returned items must be in their original condition. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be accepted. The discretion rests with the company. In that case, the product is again sent back to the customer. The customer has to bear the logistic charges.
4) Once return request accepted from our company and return pickup request is generated (will be intimated on registered email ID), the product should be handed over to our courier partner in next 2 days failing which the return pickup will be cancelled and product shall not be eligible for return. In case the courier partner has not come up for the pickup, kindly email us so that we can escalate the issue and get the product picked up.
Please co-operate with our policy in case of return of items. We want to ensure delightful experiences for our customers with our product and services keeping in view our company policies.
WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED POLICY -
NOTE - Please note that you are kindly requested to shoot a video while opening the package delivered by courier partner. In case the product is different/damaged in the package, the video will help us to investigate the issue and escalate with our courier partner. We will accept the request for refund in the case of the wrong product delivered/damaged product delivered ONLY in case if the video is submitted to us showing the opening of the package. The images sent wont be eligible for refund of money in the above case. We hope you understand our policy and abide by it.
