RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We Offer 7 Days 'No Question Asked' Returns and Exchange Policy on all our products.

Return Policy:

  1. Return Window: We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return window starting from the date you receive your order.

  2. Return Limit: You can return up to 2 products in total across all your orders. If you’ve already returned 2 products before, you won’t be able to return more, but size or design exchanges are always available for any number of products. 

  3. Return Charges: Return charges are Rs 150 per product to cover shipping both ways.

  4. Return Request: When submitting a return request, please upload clear, real photos showing all parts of the product (top, bottom, coverup if included). Missing photos may cause your request to be rejected. In case of request being rejected, you will get an email. You will be required to contact us on email/submit new return request within next 3 days of rejection email. No request will be entertained for return/exchange after 3 days of rejection email or 7 days from the date of delivery as applicable. 

  5. Pickup & Shipping: Once approved, the courier will pick up your return within 2-3 working days. If not picked up in 2-3 days, kindly contact us. We will escalate. 

    If pickup isn’t successful after multiple attempts or if the area isn’t serviceable, you’ll need to ship the products to our warehouse in order to be eligible for return policy, and the return charge will be reduced to Rs 50 per product. We will notify you for the cancelled pickup/failed pickup/area not serviceable. Once notified, you will have to ship within next 3-4 days and share the tracking ID. 

  6. Packaging: Please pack your return in the original delivery bag, or if you don’t have it, use a clean polybag. Make sure all parts of the product are handed over. 

  7. Product Condition: We can only accept returns if the products are in their original, unused condition with all parts intact. Partial returns/missing items/marks on the product will not be eligible for return and refund request will be rejected. In that case, the items will be sent back to customers and Rs 100 will be charged towards courier charges. 

  8. Refund Timeline: It will take max of 8-10 days to initiate the refund from our side from the date of return pickup. Note that in case of prepaid orders, once refund initiated, it will take maximum of 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.  

  9. Non-Refundable Charges: Express delivery charges are non-refundable.

  10. Own Courier: If you prefer, you’re welcome to use your own courier for returns. In case of partial received items, the courier company will not be responsible. 

Exchange Policy:

  1. Exchange Options: Exchanges are allowed for any number of products. We allow size or design exchanges. 

  2. Exchange Charges: Exchange charges are Rs 100 per product.

  3. Limit on Same Order Item Exchanges: After completing an exchange for a product, no further returns or exchanges will be allowed for that same item. 

  4. Exchange Dispatch: Once your exchange request is approved and pickup is done, we’ll dispatch your exchange order which will be delivered in 6-7 days after dispatch. You can opt for express delivery for exchange orders. Total timeline for exchange orders to be delivered will be max 8-10 days after request submission. 

Important Notes:

  1. Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

  2. Pickup Attempts: Our courier will attempt pickup 2-3 times. If pickup not done due to your unavailability, you’ll need to send the product to our warehouse to be eligible for return/exchange. In such case, the returns charges will be reduced to Rs 50. 

  3. Pickup Address: Please note, the pickup address and contact details cannot be changed. In case you are going out of town/city/country, you will be required to send the product back to our warehouse in order to be eligible for return policy. In such a case, the return charges will be reduced to Rs 50. 

  4. Refund Processing: It will take max of 8-10 days to initiate the refund from our side from the date of return pickup. Note that in case of prepaid orders, once refund initiated, it will take maximum of 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
