RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We Offer 7 Days 'No Question Asked' Returns and Exchange Policy on all our products. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  • We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery of the products. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment charges of Rs 50/product will be deducted at the time of refund. This means that if an order contains multiple items, then Rs 50 will be deducted for each product added to return request. (Ex, if return request contains 2 products, then Rs 100 will be deducted for reverse shipment charges).
  • Send us an email on support@thecurvves.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products for return and exchange request. 
  • (NOTE - 7 days are counted from the day the product is delivered, return request generated on the 8th day will NOT BE ENTERTAINED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES)

RETURNS - Reverse shipment charges of Rs 50 per product

EXCHANGES - First exchange reverse shipment will be free, Rs 50 per product will be charged from the second exchange request.

OUR PART

  • Once we get the request on email, we will process the return/exchange request and our courier partner will pick the product from your address (same as delivered address). 
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Note that it may take max of 3-4 days for the product to get picked up from your address. Once you send us the request for return/exchange, it takes 24-48 hours for our team to initiate the return pickup from our end. Once we initiate the return pickup, the courier company pickup person comes within 1-2 days. We request your patience in this. In case you not available at the address or you going out, we request you to handover the package to someone else and email us the name and contact number of the person who will hand over the package. If that is not possible, you can also send us the package to our warehouse. 
  • We request you to keep the product ready packed in the same delivered bag used for delivery. In case you do not have the delivered bag, wrap the product in some polybag/paper and handover. Note that during handover, all the parts of the product should be handed over (Top/Bottom). If any part is missing, refunds will not be provided for partial received products. 
  • NOTE - During handover of the products, take a receipt from the courier company as a proof of handing over the products. 
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, the product is checked physically just to ensure it is the same product which was delivered against particular order ID.
  • Once checked, the amount is refunded to your bank account/UPI ID for return request. For exchange request, the new product is dispatched. 
  • It takes 8 - 10 days to initiate the refund or dispatch the new product after product is picked up. Your patience is appreciated. In cases of exchanges, it may take 10-11 days for the new product to get delivered. 
  • Express delivery charges are non-refundable
  • For COD orders, once we receive the product, our payment team will email you asking the details for the payment initiation. 
  • (NOTE - Please note that it might take 10-12 days maximum to receive the return product at our warehouse in some cases. Your patience is appreciated in those cases.
  • Return/exchange request submitted after 7 days will not be entertained in any circumstances.
  • Return/exchange request should be sent on Email ID - support@thecurvves.com for exchange/return consideration.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition. Any items returned in any condition other than the originally sent condition will not be accepted. The discretion rests with the company. 
  • Please co-operate with our policy in case of return/exchange of items. We want to ensure delightful experiences for our customers with our product and services keeping in view our company policies.

NOTE - 

Please note that in case the Pincode is not serviceable for exchange/return pickup by courier companies, the customer has to send the product back to our warehouse for availing the exchange/return and refund policy. We use multiple courier companies for forward and return shipments however due to unforeseen circumstances/operational constraints, some Pincodes are not serviceable. In that case, it wont be possible for us to get the product picked up. 

 

WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED POLICY

  • NOTE - Please note that you are kindly requested to kindly shoot a video while opening the package delivered by courier partner. In case the product is different/damaged in the package, the video will help us to investigate the issue and escalate with our courier partner. We will accept the request for refund in the case of wrong product delivered/damaged product delivered ONLY in case if the video is submitted to us showing the opening of the package. The images sent wont be eligible for refund of money in the above case. We hope you understand our policy and bear with us.
