Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may still be accepted at the sole discretion of The Curvves, subject to a cancellation charge of ₹200 per order, which shall be deducted from the refund amount. Any additional return, shipping, or processing charges, where applicable under our policies, may also apply.

The Curvves shall not be responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment service providers.
10. Shipping & Delivery

Customer Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Claims reported after the prescribed period may not be accepted.
