We take great care in delivering your products to you hence we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even your place of work!
Based on the product category and stock availability, we generally ship the product within 2 days of receiving the order. The delivery of the product varies takes 4-5 days mostly. For some locations which are not serviceable by our courier partner, we ship the product with third party courier companies in which the delivery time may be longer than mentioned above. Kindly contact customer care for knowing delivery time for such locations.
You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. The tracking number will be sent to you by SMS or Email. In case you do not receive the tracking number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will respond back within 4 hours of receiving the email.
In the unlikely event of we being unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, and full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please Note Our Shipping Policy Below:
- We currently deliver to most cities across India
- We ship items within 2 working days of order placement.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 2 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or email us at 'email@example.com', mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Please note all products will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION -
In case of delivery within 1-2 days, we do provide the option to opt for Express Delivery. Please note the following conditions to avail Express Delivery services.
1) Express Delivery services are chargeable. The charges varies depending on the Pin Code and weight of the shipment. It generally ranges between INR 250-INR 300 for 500 grams of weight.
2) For Tier 1 cities and Metros, the delivery would be done within 1-2 days and for Tier 2-3 cities, delivery would be done within 2-3 days.
3) Cash on Delivery COD payment option is NOT AVAILABLE in Express Delivery services. In case you want to opt for the Express Delivery, kindly select 'Online' as payment option during checkout.
4) Note that in case of the Return of the product/s due to any reason, the Express Delivery courier charges shall be NON-REFUNDABLE. Only the products cost will be refunded as per the return policy applicable.
4) You need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org in order to opt for Express Delivery after completing the order. Once email received, we will confirm and revert back with the courier charges based on the weight of the products and Pin Code. You will need to pay the courier charges through the payment method as mentioned in the email. Once the payment is done, you will need to send us a confirmation on email.
5) After we receive the payment for courier charges, we will dispatch the product and share the courier receipt with you on email which will have the tracking number as well.

WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED POLICY -
NOTE - Please note that you are kindly requested to shoot a video while opening the package delivered by courier partner. In case the product is different/damaged in the package, the video will help us to investigate the issue and escalate with our courier partner. We will accept the request for refund in the case of the wrong product delivered/damaged product delivered ONLY in case if the video is submitted to us showing the opening of the package. The images sent wont be eligible for refund of money in the above case. We hope you understand our policy and abide by it.
